Köftelerin üzerine döküp, fırında pişiriyoruz. Fırından almadan 5 dakika önce rende kaşarları üzerine serpiyoruz. Kelepçeli kalbın tabanına kaşığın tersiyle bu karışımı yayıyoruz ve kalıbı buzdolabına kaldırıyoruz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Sırasıyla, peynirler, şeker, un, vanilya, yumurtalar ve kremayı ekleyip çırpıyoruz. Kalıba döküyoruz. 180 derecede 60 dakika pişiriyoruz. Tabi bu süre fırından fırına değişiyor biliyorsunuz, o nedenle kontrollü pişirin. Piştikten sonra 1 saat de fırının içinde bekletiyoruz. 1 gün de buzdolabında dinlendiriyoruz. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Ertesi gün 250-300 gram çileği rondodan geçirip 1 kaşık nişasta ve 3 kaşık şekerle pişiriyoruz. Üzerine fındık, fıstık da serpilebilir. Sonunda denedim :) Yarım ölçü yaptım. 13 tane kurabiye çıktı.  Un miktarı fazla geldi yalnız, ben azalttım. Siz de yaparken azar azar koyun ununu, değişebiliyor. Seçil pudra şekeri kullanmış, ben daha tatlı olsun istediğim için normal şeker kullandım. Kendi yaptığım ölçüleri yazıyorum. Ceviz büyüklüğünde parçalar kopartıp, önce yumurta akına sonra da bol hindistan cevizine bulayıp, önceden ısıtılmış fırında pişiriyoruz. Ben ilk önce 175 derecede pişirdim, son 10 dakikasında 150 dereceye düşürdüm. Saat tutmadığım için kesin bir zaman söyleyemiyorum. Arada fırını açıp kontrol ederek pişirin. Çok güzel oldular, kesinlikle deneyin derim. İşte bu yemeği uydurduğum gün de böyle bi zamandı. Kısa zaman içinde, evde olan malzemelerle yaptığım bi yemek. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;Bildiğimiz köfte hazırladım. Yani, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 yumurta &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;250-300 gr kıyma &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;tuz, karabiber, kimyon &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 rendelenmiş soğan ve &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;köfte haline gelebilcek kadar göz kararı galete unu ekleyip yoğurdum.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify; font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;Köftelere çanak şekli verip fırında &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-family: arial;"&gt;biraz &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;pişirdim. (çok pişirmiyoruz çünki sebzeleri üzerine ekleyip tekrar fırına vericez)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;Köfteler pişerken, beşamel sosu hazırladım. Benim her zaman yaptığım beşamel sos tarifim &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a style="font-family: arial;" href="http://ladykosanistiridye.blogspot.com/2007/10/beamelli-tavuk.html"&gt;burada&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;. Siz kendi beşamelinizi de yapabilirsiniz tabi ki. Köftelerin sayısına göre ayarladığım garnitürü yıkayıp, çok az haşladım. Aslında o kadar kısa süre haşlayabildim ki -zaman kısıtlılığından ötürü- nerdeyse sıcak suda biraz beklettim desem yeridir. Beşamel sosla karıştırıp, köftelerin üzerindeki çukurlara paylaştırdım. Tekrar fırına yolladım. :) Fırından çıkmasından 5-10 dakika önce de üzerlerine rendelenmiş kaşar döktüm. Fasülyeleri bir gece önceden yıkayıp suda  bekletiyoruz. Ertesi gün haşlıyoruz.  Soğanı, kıymayı kavurup salçasını ve sevdiğimiz baharatları ekliyoruz. Fasülyeleri ve suyu ekleyip pişiriyoruz.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial; color: rgb(204, 102, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 102, 0);"&gt;Bulgur pilavı&lt;/span&gt;na gelince o da şöyle; bulgurları yıkayıp sıcak suda bekletiyoruz. Onlar beklerken soğanı yağda kavuruyoruz. Küçük doğradığımız biberleri atıp onları da çeviriyoruz. Bulgurları ve salçasını ekleyip sıcak suyunu ekliyoruz. Üzerine sucuk, sosis, kırmızı/yeşil biber, domates, kaşar vb şeylerle doldurup fırına atıyoruz. Kaşarların üzerine karabiber ve tatlı toz kırmızı biber serpiyoruz tabi ki serpemesek de olur :) Üzeri kızarınca mideye indiriyoruz:) Kahvaltı için ideal bi çeşit bence inanılmaz lezzetli oluyo kesin deneyin bence çok beğenirsiniz siz de. Onlar közlenirken bir tavada soğanı yağ ve tuzla kavurdum. Kıymasını ekleyip kavurdum. Küçük doğranmış domates, yeşil biber ve salçayla biraz karıştırdıktan sonra baharatlarını (karabiber ve kimyon) ekleyip altını kapattım. Patlıcan içlerini uygun miktarda sarımsaklı yoğurtla karıştırdım. (miktar veremiyorum çünki göz kararı yaptım) Birazcık zeytinyağ döktüm. Bunlar kaynarken kenarda bi tavada 2 kaşık şekeri çok az suyla karamel yaptım ve kaynayan şerbetin içine kattım. Şerbetin her yeri kaynayınca etimeklerin üzerine döktüm. Üzerini kapattım. Muhallebisini hazırladım. Etimekler şerbeti iyice çektikten sonra muhallebiyi döktüm. Şantiyi 1 bardak sütle çırptım ve üzerine yaydım. Hindistan cevizi ve kakaoyla süsledim. Hindistan cevizi özellikle çok yakışıyor, mutlaka deneyin. İlk defa yaptım etimek tatlısını ve favori tatlılarım arasına girdi. Patlıcanlar kızatılmıycak bari başka bişeyler de olsun da lezzet katsın diye düşünüp tencereye ikişer tane patates ve havuç ekledim. Ayrıca iki tane de defne yaprağı koydum. Yemeğe değişik güzel bi koku verdi. Haşlama suyuna sirke koyunca, karnabaharın pişerkenki kokusundan eser kalmıyor aklınızda bulunsun. Haşladıktan sonra karabiber, pul biber ve tuzla çırpılmış yumurtaya bulayıp sonra da galeta ununa bulayıp kızarttım. Yemeğin yanına güzel bi aperatif oldu. Daha önce yemediyseniz karnabaharı bir de böyle deneyin. Buzdolabında 3-4 saat beklettikten sonra kelepçesini çıkarttım. Öyle de çokk güzel olmuştu. Şimdi fazla limonum olmadığından 1 portakal kabuğu rendesi ekledim. Böyle de gayet güzel oldu. Rondoya ıspanak ve yarım bardak yağımızı alıp, çekiyoruz. Yumurtaları şekerle çırptıktan sonra, ıspanak-yağ karışımını ekliyoruz. Un, kabartma tozu ve vanilyayı ekleyip. 180 derecede pişiriyoruz. Piştikten sonra kenarlarından azıcık kesip rondoda bunları da un haline getiriyoruz. (bunlarla üzerini süsliycez) İki kata ayırıp arasına krema sürüyoruz. Ben krema olarak cremole ve krem şantiyi karıştırdım. Baklalarımızı da tencereye ayıp, suyunu ayarlıyoruz. Çok az salça ekliyoruz. Kaynadıktan sonra 1 saat pişiriyoruz. Tuz, isterseniz karabiber, 2 yemek kaşığı yoğurt ve 2 yemek kaşığı mayonez ekleyip iyice karıştırdım. Daha sonra patatesleri 3'e böldüm. İlk bölümüne az yağda çevirdiğim havuçları ekledim, ikinci bölüme maydanoz ve kıyılmış taze soğan, son bölüme de çiğden rendelediğim kırmızı lahanayı ekleyip karıştırdım. Kek kalıbını streç filmle döşeyip sırayla kalıba yaydım. Kalıbın üzerini de streçle kaplayıp buzdolabına koydum. 4-5 saat sonra tabağa ters çevirdim.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;Civcivin gözlerini çörek otundan, kuyruğunu maydanozdan, ibiğini :) ve burnunu havuçtan yaptım. Ölçü veremiyorum çünki göz kararı kattım.  Borcama istediğimiz sırayla katlarımızı döküp, aralarına robotta hazırladığımız bisküvi+ceviz+fındık karışımından döküyoruz.  Buzdolabında 3-4 saat dinendiriyoruz. Suyunu salıp çeken kadar pişirdim. Sonra bunu borcama aldım. Aynı tavada kıymayı kavurup, salçasını, tuz ve baharatlarını ekledim. Kıymasını da ıspanaların üzerine döktüm. Sonra 3 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağla 2 çorba kaşığı unu kavurup, 2 su bardağı süt ekledim ve muhallebi gibi olana kadar pişirdim. Biraz beklettikten sonra, tavukları yağda kızartıyoruz. Sos için, sos tenceresinde soğan ve sarımsakları yağda çeviriyoruz. Hardal ve ununu da ekleyip karıştırıyoruz, Süt, tuz ve karabiberi de ilave edip muhallebi gibi olana kadar pişiriyoruz. Pişince tavukları da içine atıp şöyle bi karıştırıyoruz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Yufkaları eritilmiş margarinle yağlayıp, tavuklu harcı koyup istediğimiz şekilde sarıyoruz. Ben yufkayı yağladıktan sonra ikiye katlayıp tavukları koyup sardım ve borcama dolayarak koydum. Siz değişik şekiller deneyebilirsiniz. Yalnız kesinlikle dikkat etmeniz gereken şu: eğer benim gibi dolayarak yapacaksanız, yufkaları tıkış tıkış dizmeyin borcama, öyle yaparsanız tıkız olur, borcama bol bol bırakarak yerleştirin. Üzerine yumurta sarısı sürüp, 200 derecede üzeri kızarana kadar pişiriyoruz. Bende pişme süresi 20-25 dakika sürdü, siz fırınınıza göre ayarlarsınız. Elinizle top şekli verip, yağlı kağıt serilmiş tepsiye dizin. 3-4 top yaptıktan sonra elinize yapışıp şekil almayabilir, o zaman isterseniz 2 kaşık yardımıyla top şekli verin yada elinizle küçük bi yuvarlak olcak şekilde alıp tepsiye koyun, yuvarlamayın. Ben öyle yapıyorum. Tepsiye birbirlerine çok yakın olacak şekilde dizmeyin, pişince yayılıyolar. Önceden ısıtılmış 160 derece fırında pişirin. Bu ölçülerle 13 tane kurabiye çıkıyor. Yağ, limon, tuz ve biberleri ekleyip tekrar karıştırdım.  Güzel bir salata oldu. Denemenizi öneririm. Altını kapatmadan 1 yemek kaşığı becel ve 1 paket vanilya ekleyip karıştırıyoruz. Altını kapatınca cevizleri küçük küçük doğrayıp irmikli karışıma ekleyip karıştırıyoruz. Bunu borcama, her tarafına eşit gelecek şekilde döküyoruz. Muzları yuvarlak doğrayıp üzerlerine diziyoruz. Sonra sütün kalan yarısını, 3.5 yemek kaşığı irmiği, 7 kaşık şekeri ve kakaoyu ateşe alıp karıştırıyoruz. Yumurta sarısını ekliyoruz. Altını kapatmadan vanilya ve beceli ekliyoruz. Kaynayana kadar pişiriyoruz. Pişince bunu da muzların üzerine döküyoruz. Üzerini hindistan cevizi ve cevizle süslüyoruz. Domatesler yuvarlak dilimlenir, peynirler istenildiği gibi dilimlenir. Borcam veya fırın tepsisi önce sıvı yağ ile yağlanır üzerine galeta ununun yarısı serpilir. Daha sonra sırasıyla kızartılmış kabaklar, üzerine kaşar peyniri veya beyaz peynir döşenir. Peynirin üzerine domates dilimleri yerleştirilerek tuz ile karabiber eklenir. Galeta unu serpiştirilir ve en son üzerine tekrar peynir dilimleri konulur ve çok az yağ gezdirilir. 200 derece ısıtılmış fırında pişilir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Tarifi internetten bulup, kaydetmiştim ama hangi site olduğunu hatırlayamıyorum. Hamurun üzeri nemli bir bezle örtülür ve 2 kat olana kadar mayalandırılır.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Hamurdan bir parça koparılıp el ile çay tabağı büyüklüğünde açılır. Tuz, karabiber, pul biberini ekleyip şöyle bir çevirip altını kapatıyoruz ve borcama yayıyoruz. Beşameli hazırlamaya başlıyoruz. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt; Yağ ve unu kavuruyoruz. Rengi değişince sütü ekliyoruz ve topak yapmamaya dikkat ederek karıştırıyoruz. Muhallebiye yakın olana kadar pişiriyoruz. Altını kapatıyoruz. Soğuduktan sonra içine 1 yumurta kırıp tel çırpıcıyla çırpıyoruz. Tavukların üzerine beşameli döküyoruz.
